Remote support packages are available for those outside our catchment area (45mins of Norwich NR4) or vulnerable people. Dr Lowery might also suggest some behavioural issues are dealt with in part or whole online, for example, dogs with separation distress or severe reactivity to unfamiliar people.

Online sessions are via video call using Microsoft Teams. You will be sent a link via email and you do not need a Microsoft subscription to access this.

One device is sufficient, but you might choose to log in from two locations or have a separate camera on your pet. A mobile device is preferred so we can have a tour of the house. Have your pet present with treats available.

Package and support is exactly the same as in person:

£600 for 2 hours assessment consultation + 2 hours follow up to be taken in three months
